Best value is to offer our clients a complete management package for specifications, surveys, estimating, H&S Package, monitoring quality control and customer care for both repairs and painting. I.e. Good quality work, management and materials to give an extended life cycle with long term savings through less repairs, less preparation and longer term prior to repaint.

Particular attention to be paid to the state of each repair, on cost, time and life cycle basis, to determine the type of repair to be most cost effective. Also to fall in line with the Authorities methods and requirements.
A survey will be acrried out to each property prior to painting and produce a full schedule of repairs and costs per property. This would include and agreed costing structure to ensure that sections, which are beyond economic repair, can be identified before any work is stared, to avoid unnecessary disruption to the tenant.
Estimating - complete cost breakdowns for each property for repairs and painting.
