The Anchorage is a single block of 30 apartments on a marina site with an exposed waterfront aspect. The windows were in a poor condition, and a full burn off of the window frames was recommended prior to the application of one coat Visir, LF50, then three coats of Demidekk Optimal were applied.

Other areas of the site were treated with Jotun products including doors, which are now finished with Jotalak gloss.

The metal substrates have been coated with Conseal Touch up and the masonry substrates were finished with Max.
